You will go through an intensive process that will be uncomfortable and challenging at times. You should be able to take good care of yourself. Therefore, it is important that you are emotionally stable to embark on this journey. If you are currently receiving therapy, please consult with your therapist first before deciding to work with me.

I believe we need to stop trying to optimize ourselves. I believe we want to encounter ourselves without judging ourselves and have forgotten how to do that. We can learn the ability to fully accept ourselves, without constantly judging and criticizing ourselves, if we are given permission to explore our inner selves without any intention. We need this permission, first and foremost, from ourselves.

And the willingness to embrace uncertainty, darkness, silence, and pain. We can learn to listen curiously again to what they tell us and unlearn how to suppress unpleasant feelings. Cause life is deep, unpredictable and mystical. And from this mysterious force arises the source of our vitality.

That's why my work is all about relationships. My focus is primarily on the relationship with ourselves. Because it shapes the attitude with which we approach other living beings. From this impulse, SOULDIVING was born.

WHAT IS CONSTELLATION WORK?

A constellation gives you the opportunity to examine a problem or a recurring dynamic that arises in your social relationships or in your life in general from an outside perspective. It can help clearing unresolved emotions, inner conflicts, and the resulting entanglements. The "conflict partners" are not present, but are represented by strangers, cardboard cutouts, or other symbolic objects. I lead integral systemic structural constellations.

A very effective and precise form of constellation work, in which I set up the constellation covertly. This means I don't need any information about the content of your issue. The system brings to light what needs to be resolved, and I provide the necessary impulses and interventions. This triggers transformation processes, and you can discover new solutions to problems, that seem unsolvable.

MY LIFE WITH DOGS

Dogs have always played a big role in my life. Perhaps because I wasn't allowed to have a canine companion as a child. But these creatures, who fascinated me so much, found their way to me in all kinds of ways, and I can no longer imagine life without them.

Through many years of working with street dogs, I was able to learn from them what it means to experience authentic relationships and question our human behavior toward them. In their wild company, I was able to engage in a kind of encounter that changed me forever.

BUILDING A STRONG RELATIONSHIP INSTEAD OF TRAINING

My work is about building relationships. This sets me apart from conventional dog training. It's important to me that we humans learn to understand that our responsibility towards dogs is to integrate them into our "human world." To give them space to find a dignified place in our lives, by our side. They are equal partners, companions, family members, independent beings, and not objects whose job it is to fulfill our needs.

That's why I can't teach you how to train or educate your dog so that it functions perfectly in your everyday life.

I primarily support you as a human being and, together with you, examine where you currently stand in your human-dog relationship. I examine the dynamics and patterns that show up in your daily life, how your dog reflects you, and how you can grow out of stressful behaviors together, independently.
